Founded in 2022, CSC Lending was created to advance economic development across Los Angeles County. CSC Lending provides affordable microloan products and tailored resources to small businesses, with a focus on supporting immigrant entrepreneurs and those historically excluded from traditional financial systems. By providing access to capital, fostering job creation, and supporting the delivery of essential goods and services , CSC Lending helps strengthen the economic and social fabric of our communities.

As the parent organization, Chinatown Service Center (CSC) has, since 1971, been a trusted resource for immigrant and underserved communities in Los Angeles’ Chinatown and the greater Los Angeles region.
